Word Usage Example

Diagnosis 1
ALLERGIC RHINITIS
It was yet again Mrs. Earnshaw; it was her third visit in the week. “Good morning Mrs. Earnshaw, what brings you in the clinic so early and without your husband, Mr.Earnshaw?” “Well, while making breakfast for the family this morning, I began to sneeze, cough and it I felt as if I could not breathe, therefore I thought coming here would be an intelligent choice”. “No doubt that it was an intelligent choice coming here, we will test a couple of things to make sure everything is normal”. In such cases, the most important thing that we need to test is breathing as it may exert unnecessary pressure on the DIAPHRAGM and the THORACIC cavity. While I was helping Mrs. Earnshaw in overcoming her pain, Dr. Darcy entered the ward, “Good Day Mrs. Earnshaw is everything ok? I heard about some serious coughing and sneezing” Mrs. Earnshaw nodded her head in affirmative. “First of all we need to conduct tests to find out whether is there any ELEMENT of ASTHMA present, which will be done through TISSUE examination; I want you to breathe as deep as possible through your NASAL cavity so that we can also have an idea about your vital capacity” (Raymond, Elaine and Zelman 2009)

Diagnosis 2
ANGINA

“Well Mrs. Earnshaw, I suppose that you are turning increasingly HYPOCHONDRIAC day by day”. It was the heart surgeon Dr. Jackson this time who was explaining Mrs. Earnshaw about the state of her heart revealed from her CT SCAN results. “So what do the reports contain? Asked Mrs. Earnshaw. “The reports show that there is a reduced blood flow through your INFERIOR and SUPERIOR vena cavae, due to the deposition of fatty substances allowing greater pressure on CARDIAC MUSCLES of heart and SMOOTH muscle fibers of blood vessels. You will also be able to see that your vessels are getting increasingly CONSTRICTED which will eventually cause a reduced flow of blood to SKELETAL muscles of the body. If prolonged conditions like these prevailed it may also lead to EDEMA or hydropsy in which the HOMEOSTATIC balance of body fluids is disturbed”.

Diagnosis 3
IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME
“I am extremely tensed, life has almost become miserable for me, one day it’s the breathing problem, next day is the stomach that calling for help”. It was yet again Mrs. Earnshaw that was expressing her unending health problems to Dr. Darcy, who after listening to all this immediately stood up, took a round in his room and said, “There is no doubt that the ABODOMINAL pain is because of some ORGAN malfunctioning of the digestive system. I will also have to prescribe some tests to verify is there is or not any HYPOGASTRIC problem that is giving space for chronic fatigue SYNDROME and those related to excessive DEHYDRATION due to which you are complaining of constipation. A couple of tests related to digestive parts are also important as I fear there might be a change in their FRONTAL and DORSAL structures. Nevertheless I am ruling the possibility of any NEURON or SPINAL related disorder which may have developed such symptoms”

ce ens y @ se of renewable means such as air, sun and water but in view of people antagonistic to global warming the entire idea of developing such long-lasting energy reforms are a complete bilge. One of the most developed areas for energy generation is through the utilization of solar energy for ceasing the surging levels of global temperatures.
The futility of the whole concept is expressed through the evidence that EPCOT a theme park with a ride run solely on solar energy is estimated to consume an approximate of 395,000KWh per day, in order to generate substantial energy by solar means thousands of acres of solar panels will have to be constructed to produce that much energy.
Even energy produced from wind mills is to a large extent impractical as a large number of these are required for adequate energy production. It must be kept in mind that over 80% of global energy demands are met by the energy produced by fossil fuels. Limiting their usage in any form would decimate and serve as a miserable blow to global economies.  (Robinson, 2007)
the debate on the existence of global warming presence was so much influence-able that forced to the scientist to change their views such as the British environmentalist Wilfred Beckerman said that I have realized that all my research was fabricated and was nothing more than a sensationalized, scary piece of information that was in support of a highly mythical and skeptically existent phenomenon.
Global Warming, The True story
It is often said that there are always three sides of a story, one that supports a single idea, the other which contradicts it and the third is the truth. After assessing two opposite sides of the entire story, I believe it is time for reality check. Many of the evidences that have been presented by people who believe global warming to be nothing but a complete non-sense must shed light on some of the recent statistics that have emerged on the environmental platform.
Disclosed by the United Nations it has been revealed that the percentage of Carbon Dioxide in the environment has increased by a phenomenal 84% over a period of 14 years. The report further accentuates that the pace at which ice caps located in Polar Regions are melting, places like Netherlands, Finland, Northern India and other places situated near to coastal areas experience severe threat of floods and excessive rainfall.
For those who believe that the phenomenon is a new one, it is important to mention here that it was in the year 1827 that the relationship between global warming and greenhouse gases was first developed by Joseph. Likewise, after some years in 1955 it was reported by United States Weather Bureau that reported a rise of 3.6F in temperatures all over the world. Threat clouds surrounding the credibility of global warming were further authenticated in the year 1959 when an article in New York Times claimed that the Arctic ice sheet has lost half of its thickness. (Schneider, 1990)
The existence and the associated gravity of GloWarm monster can also be justified that environmental organization like American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and National Academy of Sciences (NAS) have unanimously agreed that the world is confronted with a severe ecological crisis and have concurrently admitted that their worst fears about the existence of global warming are indeed true. In a statement that was released by AAAS in the year 2006 said: "The scientific evidence is clear: global climate change caused by human activities is occurring now, and it is a growing threat to society. Accumulating data from across the globe reveal a wide array of effects: rapidly melting glaciers, destabilization of major ice sheets, increases in extreme weather, rising sea level, shifts in species ranges, and more. The pace of change and the evidence of harm have increased markedly over the last five years. The time to control greenhouse gas emissions is now."(Gore, 2007)
Similarly statement released by NAS further cemented environmentalists worst fears and provided concrete evidence to people who have debunked the very idea and existence of it so far:
"There will always be uncertainty in understanding a system as complex as the world's climate. However there is now strong evidence that significant global warming is occurring. The evidence comes from direct measurements of rising surface air temperatures and subsurface ocean temperatures and from phenomena such as increases in average global sea levels, retreating glaciers, and changes to many physical and biological systems. It is likely that most of the warming in recent decades can be attributed to human activities. This warming has already led to changes in the Earth's climate"(Gore, 2007)
