Reduce body fat using these simple foods

You can lose a bit of your belly fat every day without working out. If you don't have time to work out because of your tight schedule, you can still keep yourself slim and fit by consuming anti-fat food.

Here are a couple of foods you can use to reduce your stomach fat fast:


1. Green Tea

Use green tea three times a day, preferably after every meal. American Journal of Clinical Nutrition has done a detailed study that shows how green tea can reduce body fat if used on a regular basis. Taking many cups of green tea every day affects body metabolism positively and it works as anti-fat. Consuming green tea after workout works magic.


2. Consume fat-free meat

Meat like chicken, beef and mutton are full of protein and if used without fat, they can help reduce body fat fast.


3. Almonds

Almonds are another good source of protein and they are available in just about every country. Take a handful of almonds every few hours.


4. Avocados

Did you know that avocados had fats that are classified as mono-saturated? Using avocados on a regular basis helps reduce stomach/abdomen fat.


5. Banana

Banana has resistant starch that helps burn fat.
